Channel Operators
There are several channel operators but most of time they do not keep their operator status. Also, there are several bots with channel operator status which maintain and protect the channel. You may not bring your own bots to channel without asking from one of the channel ops listed here.
Below is short list of chanops at #delphi. It does not include all of the ops. If you want to have an operator status I give you one tip what to not do: do not ask for operator status as you are not getting it that way and most likely you never get the operator status after asking for it.
